The Secret to Dense Breasts Doctors Don’t Even Understand

the breast doc

All you see or hear in the media is dense breasts can’t be mammogrammed successfully, dense breasts increases risk – oh, what are we to do? Ignorance is one of the many reasons for the increase in breast cancer. If all the doctors out there understood basic physiology, breast cancer numbers would be minimal. It’s sad, but true. To fight a disease you must acknowledge and understand the physiology behind it. Welcome to the dense breasts crash course.

All you see or hear in the media is dense breasts can’t be mammogrammed successfully, dense breasts increases risk – oh, what are we to do? The first thing you can do is take a deep breath and calm down. What’s happening here is that many in the medical community simply does not understand the physiology behind dense breasts, and therefore will never be able to help you.

Ignorance is one of the many reasons for the increase in breast cancer. If all the doctors out there understood basic physiology, breast cancer numbers would be significantly lower. It’s sad, but true. To fight a disease you must acknowledge and understand the physiology behind it.

Regrettably, our generation is discovering that much of the traditional and now alternative medical community simply does not have the answers. We must find them for ourselves. Want to dramatically decrease risk? Educate yourself. Welcome to Breast Cancer Boot Camp (#breastcancerbootcamp) basic training.

Why are dense breasts a risk factor for breast cancer?

Dense breasts crash course.

Alrighty ladies, think of the blood vessels in your breasts as a garden hose. When you are hormonally balanced the blood vessels are normal, similar to the garden hose, semi-soft. But what happens when you turn on the water? The hose becomes tense. What happens when the blood vessels in your breasts are exposed to excess estrogen? They become dense.

This is why women who are still menstruating have dense breasts, stimulation due to estrogen and usually the reason your mammogram returns "inconclusive" due to density. A mammogram is only 48 percent accurate for a woman under 50. Guess what? After menopause you should have NO estrogen, your body stopped producing it because estrogen is only for reproduction, it does NOT keep you young, this is the lie they told you to sell you hormones. This is why breast cancer is increasing, read this blog: "Breast Canswers to Estrogen Lies ~ Rethink Estrogen." Interestingly, a mammogram is 68 percent accurate for a woman 50-60.

Dense breasts are not caused by the tissue of the breast, which many people think, but the blood vessels, which have expanded and become tense. Any pregnant woman or nursing mother can testify to this as the body prepares for milk the blood vessels expand causing dense swollen breasts which, under these conditions, is a normal function. This is why breast thermograms of women with excess estrogen look similar to pregnant or nursing mothers.

Estrogen is a stimulator and when you have an excess amount, like most women today (estrogen deficiency is rare, read this blog: “The Breast Deception ~ Estrogen Deficiency is Rare ~ Progesterone Deficiency is Rampant”), it stimulates the blood vessels causing them to become tense, which is referred to in thermography as vascularity. You usually can’t have dense breasts and be estrogen deficient, you are actually progesterone deficient. Shocked?

Are you ready for another shocker? This is what causes breast pain. When you balance out your hormones, reducing estrogen, your breasts soften and pain dissipates. Yup, it is that simple.

Congrats, you have successfully completed the dense breasts crash course! Now SHARE the knowledge and save a life.

Breast thermography is an incredible tool for screening for dense breasts and risk when performed correctly

Thermography analyzes the blood vessels in the breasts, cancer tends to form specific patterns, which makes it an incredible tool for monitoring women with dense breasts without compression or harmful radiation.

Every day I get a call from one of you ladies saying that your mammogram is inconclusive due to your dense breasts. Now that you are educated, can you imagine what I may be thinking, as a thermologist and educated physician?

  1. This lady may have been exposed to excess environmental estrogen.

(Don’t be concerned with your own estrogen, it is generally fine as it was manufactured by your body; our concern is by and large with environmental estrogens.)

  1. This lady may be at risk for breast cancer and other health issues due to excess estrogen.

Is my theory correct? Your thermograms will provide the evidence - your breasts can't lie.

Estrogen stimulates the blood vessels becoming tense, this actively gives off heat and this heat is seen as vascularity in breast thermograms. What most amateur thermography clinics don’t understand is that vascularity is what increases risk. That is why your images must be in reverse gray and read by a competent interpreter. This vital risk factor is being overlooked in the majority of breast thermography clinics in the U.S., don’t become a sad thermography statistic. Read this blog to stay informed – “How to Find the Breast Darn Thermography Clinic in a World Filled with Fakes”

Eighty percent of breast cancers are fueled by estrogen. Excess estrogen stimulates the blood vessels, vascularity, which causes dense breasts, therefore dense breast can be a risk factor for breast cancer.

It should be noted that the majority of breast cancers are driven by estrogen, therefore, leaving a window for  neoangiogenesis and/or vascularity, to be caused by other factors, such as constitution, medical history, diet, and environmental factors. This is why breast thermography research is incredibly vital to determine what these other factors may be. Want to discover another risk factor for breast cancer? Fibrocystic breasts

Estrogen also has a clotting factor. That’s why when you go on the pill or hormone replacement they have to disclose the risks involved: heart disease, pulmonary embolism, DVTs and stroke.

Reduce your risk, become estrogen-free™ (#estrogenfree).

If you have a history of dense or fibrocystic breasts you may have excess estrogen and are progesterone deficient.

Breasts are simple if you understand how they work. Now you can see why breast cancer is increasing - no one is heeding the warning signs. Instead doctors, including alternative doctors, just suggest more estrogen. Does this make sense ladies?
